Not Terribly, but Tiny Tales. [Relevant in 2024]

He said, “Don’t tell your mom.” Was the first lesson I remember from my father.
He took me to this place, shady and dark, with only laughter of men.
Thought of the shooting of ‘Men will be Men’ of those eras would be going on.
I couldn’t figure out what it was until we sat & my father told me to taste it.
If I wanted to taste it, I would have. But, he insisted me to taste it.
I took a sip and it tasted like feet. I did my bad face.
He then said, “Don’t tell your mom.”

I always wanted to have one look, that one look
That one glimpse, one stare, one glance, from
The other side of the shelf in the library.
I am a reader and I always weave story because
I guess it actually don’t happens to us, does it?
I go & scroll the rows and columns of books
I lean through the thick and thin holes
Through which only a sleek of light could peek
But, it passed, it passed, pretty enough
To make an eye contact that takes them forward,
Further and far to the future.
I always imagine how the world would stop
Behaving, speaking, listening, and seeing
How the earth wouldn’t rotate and sun wouldn’t revolve.
I just don’t know
How the romantic eyes would glitter on the other sides of 1000 romantic stories written and crossing their boundaries.
I am sure it must be delightful.

I gave him my old ear plugs
It’s my birthday, he said
Actually I don’t remember my birthday, he said again
Yes, I don’t know my birth date, he said sadly.
But, happily again, he continued looking at me,
I will celebrate today and this date onwards as my birthday
Because for the first time in my life,
Somebody gave me something.
That’s how the birthdays today are celebrated, right?
I speak nothing. He paused and thanked me for the old gift
Which will bring a new life to him.

The boundaries of humanity/Soup for the Soul

Man created boundaries. Man lived in boundaries. Man is the one who created the differences and he’s the one who’d suffering too but he has no idea that his own moves are slowly ending him! We created the differences of religion our self. We created the difference of regions our self. And then we curse others for forgetting humanity!

How can one expect HUMANITY to survive in this world full of differences?

 

Humanity has been murdered by these man-made differences. Only to preach their own religion that they follow and only to prove their own regions powerful where they live in, people declare wars. They end the peace of the world just to prove their belief right!

They want the world to know that they’re following the right thing but they never know, either everyone is wrong or everyone is right because these wars are never-ending.

 

In the name of color caste religion and region, men kill each other. Is that where you still want HUMANITY to breathe?

Humanity can’t survive in such extreme conditions. It’ll eventually fade away. Rare would be the humans in the coming times who would think about the others.

 

But we should never forget that we’re born with this basic trait. We’re the humans and humanity arises from within us. If we want, we can let it boom within all of us, and never let it die. If we want, the world can overcome the differences and become better !

I am helpful

Be grateful by utilizing what you got!

There are billions of people in this world, some happy while some sad. Some are born with perfect everything, while some are inborn imperfect and some get imperfect with time.

Now you’ll say that nobody’s perfect! Well that’s true but try asking a person with a disability that how he sees a person who has no such disability like his. He’ll smile and say “He is Perfect”.

That’s what makes us different from others sometimes. Sometimes we never pay heed to the ones who’re less capable because their biological body ain’t naturally normal. They’re termed as “Abnormal”.

Let’s take a moment out and think about it! Aren’t you grateful to your creator that he blessed you with every body part working and healthy? Doesn’t it suffocate you to walk in the shoes of those who are physically or mentally impaired? Yeah! It does!

But they are living your fears! They’re not the blessed ones still they never fail to smile!

The least we can do is to be thankful everyday that the creator of humanity didn’t make us disable of something and to be helpful to those who couldn’t be enough fortunate! They’re surely the purest of souls because they live with what has been gifted to them and helping them is close to helping your own selves because you’ll find yourself showered with the blessings of them and the creator as well!

Be grateful. Be humble. Draw that helping hand and you’ll be solaced!

Prepare The Better World!

Prepare The Better World!-We all are acquainted with our flaws, whether we let them show or not. Being aware with what we lack and what bad we posses, we always try to get rid of the negativity. But sometimes it’s not possible.

The world is full of negativity because we let it flow rampant throughout!

 

Can it be ended? Well, it can’t be ended completely but we can try to lessen it! And that is possible by improving us and then, by improving the generation that relies on us for their future.

Yes! We are the creators of the future and it’s in our hands whether we let the future be good or bad and it is because it’s ‘us’ who are responsible to coach our offspring.

 

Id the generation today wraps up to end the negativity on their part by injecting the good in the generation that they’ll create than the future might be a better one. And nothing is impossible if we resolve to do it, no matter what.

 

We have seen the bad things, the bad phases, the bad side of the world and it’s up to us whether we end this or not.

 

Let’s all work out on this and make the present good, the future better so that the far future becomes best!

There Are no Free Lunches!

There is no free Lunch-To get everything done, we need to work and even if we want others to work for us, then too we got to work and that too harder. And the work can be defined in many ways, it can be a job of any sort, a labor work, a household work, and what not. And to survive we need to do them.

 

“There are no such things as Free lunches” the phrase says a lot.

To endure in this pacing life, an idle person can never survive and we can start from the very bottom. Even the greatest entrepreneurs started from the very bottom and they succeeded and achieved manifolds. This was only possible because they worked! They worked day in and day out, like a Trojan, their uphill struggle brought them to where they are now and that wouldn’t have been possible if they chose to stay idle.

If they had taken the easy way out, of staying inside their comfort zone, their existence would’ve vanished till time!

So pull up your socks from today! Start working! There ain’t no free lunches my friend!

God helps those who help themselves

God helps those who help themselves.-It was raining heavily, and I was standing at a bus stop. I had an umbrella which kept me dry and protected me from the lashing rain. I saw a man who came running from the opposite side of the road and stood next to me. He wasn’t carrying an umbrella, and therefore was completely drenched. I immediately asked him to share my umbrella. The man felt awkward since as a stranger offered help and comfort. But it is my inherent nature as a human being to help others. We call ourselves the superior race in the animal kingdom and if we start being selfish then the world will come to an end. Small acts of kindness will transform the world and make it a better place for one and all.

Success has nothing to do with what you gain in life or accomplish for yourself. It’s what you do for others. ~Danny Thomas

All our life revolves around some very important people, the ones who are very near and dear to us. We love them so much that we can do anything for them, be it anything. The love, care and importance we give to others is often not reflected back to us. Many times it happens that we feel that we do not get what we deserve, in the sense we do not get the good fortune that we accumulate by helping others. This feeling is very disturbing because this makes us feel low and may also at times cause depression. How to deal with such situations? Well, this happens with me a lot. So all I do is think about the benefits I get by helping others. For example when I help a stranger I bring a smile to their face, when I help a friend, I enhance my bond with that person. And many other things.

The question still remains, what about me ? Well, if you can help so many people then why cant you help yourself. Be that independent person who doesn’t need the help of others, stand on your feet, be bold and be strong.
