But one must be adaptive enough to understand the perception of various individuals and try to apprehend their motive for having such opinion. Being more accommodating and appreciating towards the opinion of others can really help you touch their hearts. This doesn’t mean that you need to work on other’s ideas only; the key to keep everyone together is to convince them to look through all the dimensions and then arrive at a conclusion.
