Woman-A Fairy Tale-On the day of International Women’s day, this is dedicated to all the women.
All of you might have heard the story of a Princess who was in trouble because of her wicked step-mother and three evil step sisters. Though the Crown of the Palace was rightfully hers, it was allegedly taken away by the Step-mother. And then one fine day, a Prince charming come to the rescue of the damsel in distress and took her with him. And they lived happily ever after.
Well, all of this might be true in the past but very unlikely to happen in the 21st Century. So there are certain things that you must accept as they are.
- There won’t be any prince charming coming to your rescue. Definitely you will have very good male friends who will be by your side through thick or thin but no prince charming, sorry. Be strong and fight your battles on your own.
- Be true to yourself and to others. Accept the facts and be independent. This is what today’s society wants. Women are capable of doing anything, prove this true. Take up any job and prove that you are equally skilled at it like your male counterpart.
- Take care of yourself. You are responsible for your own well being. Be happy, keep smiling. Whatever comes your way, face it courageously; you will definitely have a happy ending to your story.
