What we always try to do is we find time to make others happy even when we are not happy from inside. Always take a day off in week or a month and reevaluate yourself, ask questions and do what makes you happy. Be engage in different and creative activity; there is always something incredible waiting for you. Even if you sit alone, you observe things. Always remember do what you like so that you will feel that you are just making an effort to make yourself happy.

A glass half filled with water, well I know you have faced this question many times. Just like that there are people living around you, you can’t even know them perfectly. They have so much inside them, whether good things, bad things or just a history of their life. You can’t see those things from their faces. They can be called two faced people. Many people even have so much negative about you to say on your back. Then always remember even every coin has two sides so as people. And be grateful to those who is true even behind your back.

Police and Law / Soup for the Soul

Police and Law are as essential for a free country as much as air is to survive. For the safety and security of the citizens of a country it is necessary to have a dedicated platoon and thus there is Police in every country of this world. But every country’s police force is different in its own way and to describe Indian police is way out of league, not because of the super new arms and ammunition they posses or the high-end chasing cars.

They are different because of their dedication and duty. Whatever the citizens may say about the police force being corrupt or irresponsible and at times even tormenting but if we look from their perspective we will realize the loopholes in our law and order. These Police-walas are under paid considering the risk and dangers involved in their job. Also the facilities given to them are very small. Also the mindset of people towards them is not very good.

This may be a reason why the police force is not happy with the citizens. Hence being law-abiding citizens of a great nation, it is our duty to be cooperative with the Police and at the same time be aware of our rights and responsibilities.

Seems that a person gets stuck with one type of discernment and fails to acknowledge the fact that there is an another side to the coin. And arguing with people, having such prejudice to your opinion is like reading a book to a buffalo. But one must be adaptive enough to understand the perception of various individuals and try to apprehend their motive for having such opinion. Being more accommodating and appreciating towards the opinion of others can really help you touch their hearts. This doesn’t mean that you need to work on other’s ideas only; the key to keep everyone together is to convince them to look through all the dimensions and then arrive at a conclusion. So, next time you are working in a team,  change your perspective
